HERE TO HELP
How can we help?
Answers about orders, shipping, returns, products and your account.
Answers about orders, payments, shipping, returns, products and your account.
Orders+
After you place an order through secure checkout, you receive an order confirmation. Your order then moves through payment processing and fulfillment.
Contact SkyeLife as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has been fulfilled.
Where available, you can review order details through your customer account or order-status experience.
Payments+
Payments are handled through our payment service providers during secure checkout using your selected payment method. Do not send card details through support messages.
Payment authorization and capture depend on your payment method and the configuration in effect at checkout. Your final total and payment status appear during secure checkout and in your order confirmation.
Available payment methods are shown securely during checkout.
Shipping+
SkyeLife currently ships within the United States only.
Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed during secure checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Estimated delivery information will be displayed at checkout when available. Processing and fulfillment time and carrier transit time are separate stages of delivery.
After fulfillment, tracking information is provided through your shipping confirmation or order details when tracking is available.
Contact SkyeLife as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.
Returns+
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, clean and in original condition, with original packaging where applicable.
Pet footwear may be tried on indoors for fit. Footwear showing outdoor wear, dirt, damage or significant use is not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard eligible returns. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable for ordinary returns. If we shipped the wrong, damaged or defective product, we will provide an appropriate resolution without charging you to correct our error.
Contact SkyeLife support to start a return, or use the supported return flow where available. Returned merchandise is reviewed after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days after a refund is issued for the credit to appear.
Contact hello@skyelifecollective.com promptly with your order number, a brief description and photos when helpful. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, return or refund solution.
Exchanges are subject to product and variant availability. Where the supported return and exchange workflow supports your request, use that process. Otherwise, support may arrange a return and replacement order as appropriate.
Items clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for ordinary returns.
